Fee	$100.00 per person
10am to 12:30pm	Registration, Driving Range, Chipping/Putting Contest
1pm	Shotgun Start
5:30pm	Dinner and Awards
	Registration: Please download, fill out and mail or fax the sign-up sheet to play in the tournament or fill out and submit the Online Registration form below. Feel free to pass on to co-workers and friends. The tournament features a “best ball” format. That means fun for amateurs and pros alike!

Tournament includes a box lunch and dinner, green fees, cart use, range balls, goodie bag, contests and a chance for awards and door prizes. Pre-registration and payment deadline is Wednesday, July 21, 2010. Sign up as a team or individual. Individuals will be assigned to a foursome.

As always the theme of this tournament is FUN! And the scramble format is sure to guarantee that there will be plenty of that to go around.
